Thai food is one of my all-time favorite cuisines. I love spicy food, and no one does spicy better than an excellent Thai chef. I’ve heard from friends who have visited Thailand that authentic Thai food is not that vegan friendly, but thankfully in America it is. To make most Thai dishes vegan, all you have to do is substitute the meat or seafood with tofu or any other veggie-protein of your choice.
