Ruby Tuesday explicitly states on their allergen menu that they want all guests to feel welcome regardless of dietary restrictions. While they don’t have any menu items that are specifically for vegans, they do have lots of vegetable offerings and a large salad bar.
Ruby Tuesday has a large, all-you-can-eat salad bar. Of course, not all of the salad bar items are vegan, but it should be easy enough to distinguish what is or isn’t.
- Fresh Grilled Asparagus (when available)
- Fresh Grilled Zucchini
- Fresh Steamed Broccoli
- Fresh Green Beans
- Roasted Spaghetti Squash
- Fresh Baked Potato (no butter, no sour cream)
- Diced Apples (Kids’ menu)
- Grapes (Kids’ menu)
Made to Order Items
Many of the dishes at Ruby Tuesday are made to order. If you explain to your server that you don’t eat any animal products, they should be able to suggest a dish that can be made vegan for you.
