Quiche is a classic French dish that is simply defined as an open-faced pie filled with a savory custard made of eggs and milk that is typically topped or filled with meat, cheese, and/or veggies. Even though most of the ingredients used in a traditional quiche come from animals, it’s actually quite easy to make a vegan quiche that is just as good, if not much better.
