We recently visited one of our all-time favorite restaurants; a Vietnamese restaurant in Tampa, FL called Trang’s Viet Cuisine. We love going there because they have a huge vegan selection to choose from, the food is great, and we’ve never left disappointed. In fact, we usually end up craving their food for a few days afterwards. Our recent trip there got me thinking, “I should really roundup some vegan Vietnamese recipes so we can start making some of this goodness at home!”
