Vegan Peanut Butter Banana Jelly Pancakes Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
1&1/4 cup oats (traditional works just fine)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1&1/2 cup soy milk (or any milk of your choosing)
2 ripe bananas, smashed
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp creamy natural peanut butter
For the jelly:
1/2 cup frozen berries
2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup water
