P.F. Chang’s China Bistro is a Chinese restaurant chain that probably needs no introduction. While they have a gigantic dinner menu, you can basically narrow their vegan entrees down to the vegetarian section. You could probably request that they make any entree for you with tofu instead of meat, but you should still ask the server if the dish contains fish sauce or any other hidden animal ingredients.
