Tomorrow is Easter, so now seemed like a good time to put together a vegan chocolate recipes roundup. You won’t find a large selection of vegan chocolate candies at the store, but that’s okay because it’s easy enough to make your own deliciously dairy-free chocolate at home.

There are a lot of ways to make chocolate, but usually all you need is some cocoa powder, cocoa butter or coconut oil, and something to sweeten it with. That’s essentially the basic formula for dark chocolate. Of course, another option is to buy dairy-free chocolate chips or baker’s chocolate and melt it down. Either or works just fine. Personally, I tend to make it more often than I buy it because I always crave chocolate at night when it’s too late to go out and get some.
Anyways, that’s enough about my chocolate habits, let’s get to the recipes!
