This strawberry and banana peanut butter oatmeal are so easy to make, but it’s absolutely decadent, and pretty good for you, too. Oatmeal by itself is boring and bland, but it doesn’t take much effort to spruce it up into something that’s delicious and still healthy. Sure, you could smother it in sugar and syrup, but then you’d just be turning your oats into a delivery system for empty calories and guilt.
This is what I used:
- All natural peanut butter
- All natural strawberry preserves
- Old fashioned rolled oats, boiled
- Freshly sliced banana
- Almond milk
