Frito Pie
A “Frito pie” is a popular dish people make with Fritos. It’s normally made with chili and cheese, so if you want to make a vegan version of it, all you have to do is use a meatless chili and vegan cheese or no cheese at all. Many vegan restaurants have added Frito pies to their menu, but they’re really cheap and easy to make yourself…
You simply add one can of chili to one bag of Fritos in an oven safe dish; add whatever toppings you like, like cheese, onions, peppers, etc… and then pop it in the oven on 350º for about 5 to 10 minutes.
