Texas Roadhouse is a popular steakhouse chain that you probably won’t enjoy very much if you’re a vegan. They are not very forthcoming with their ingredients or allergen information, and their menu can vary from one location to another. If you’re a vegan and you find yourself stuck at a Texas Roadhouse, your best bet is to stick with side items. You should also be wary of potentially vegan menu items being cooked on the same surfaces or in the same oil as non-vegan items. Suffice it to say, Texas Roadhouse is not vegan friendly. Scroll down to see what sides are vegan.
Sides

Texas Roadhouse baked potatoes and sweet potatoes are rolled in bacon grease. It’s not vegan friendly. The rolls, however, may be vegan friendly. I’ve read the ingredients and it doesn’t have egg or dairy in it but it may contain traces of them. Just ask for bread without the butter brushed on top.
