Arby’s is one of America’s most popular fast-food chains, but don’t count on finding too many vegan options at this restaurant that is synonymous with roast beef. Unfortunately, they just don’t have many good choices for vegans. Although that isn’t surprising, it is disappointing. Especially if you’re a vegan and your friends drag you into your local Arby’s at lunchtime.
While you won’t find any veggie burgers on Arby’s menu, you can at least eat some of their sides, bread, and sauces. As a vegan, you will get used to piecing your meal together from side dishes when you go out to eat. This is especially true if you end up in a fast-food restaurant.
Figuring out what you can eat and where can be confusing. But there is no need for eating out to be stressful. We’re here to make it as simple as possible by doing the research for you. Scroll down to look at the full list of vegan options that are available at Arby’s.
Please note: Fried foods are cooked in common fryers. This means that fried foods may be cross-contaminated with meat and other allergens. Vegans will have to decide where this fits within their diet choices. But those with food allergies should avoid these foods altogether.
