A new vegan brand, Good Catch Foods, is doing their best to raise the bar on vegan seafood options at the grocery store. While most faux meat makers focus on the ever popular chicken and beef, not many delve into the realm of seafood. Good Catch Foods – who recently won an “Expo East 2017 Editors Choice Award” in the food category at this year’s National Products Expo East – are using pea protein and other natural ingredients to create plant-based crab cakes, shredded tuna, and fish patties.
